Good price and stock but the website needs some serious rework. Specifications were completely wrong and misleading also nothing mentioned the quantity of wheel lugs. There was 5 in a pack but nothing said that in description or Specifications. Also says it's ships in 2-5 days. After 4 days I was told their supplier was sending it to them and they won't receive it for another 4 days. Then it will be sent to me providing it arrives when they say it will. If you need it urgently maybe ring to check stock first. Nothing said low stock or out of stock on their website. If I knew that I would have bought elsewhere.

Tl;DR - Heaps of items to choose from, very little of them are "in stock". Prepare to wait months for your purchase to arrive - If you're in a rush, buy elsewhere. Looking at my email inbox, I've placed 7 orders with CMA in the last 3 years. Every single order has been shipped 2-12 weeks late despite all items either being "in stock" or with a 3-4 day ETA. To their credit, they have always partially shipped the items they had on hand, which is greatly appreciated. Emails asking for an ETA are sometimes responded to as I'm sure they're getting slammed every day with update requests. I don't think customers are unreasonable, we know there are sometimes delays from suppliers and manufacturers. The issue is that the website stock levels are misleading. The only reason I keep coming back is because they "stock" a wide range of products and they regularly have sales. If you're not in a rush, then buying everything you need at CMA and saving on shipping costs is worth it. If you need parts urgently, go elsewhere.

Currently waiting 15 days for two AN10 fittings to arrive that showed as 'in stock' on the website but are in fact, not in stock. CMA do not reply to emails or return calls once they have your money. Won't be using CMA again as all the promises and talk on the website and online are hot air, they don't hold stock of the items available on their website and don't seem to know much about the items, just what's supplied from manufacturers. Best advice is to go direct to a manufacturer and order there as CMA will take weeks/months to deliver.

I bought a front spoiler for my vz crewman and a manaro bonnet twin scoop , and the service was fantastic 👌 spoiler was sent straight away, and scoop was made for me then sent a couple weeks or so later. bonnets not put on yet, but it looks good. Just placed.spoiler is glued and fixed in place. Not sure on how I'll finish the heorin white, but there will be black cheers 👍 I'm very happy. Great job

I ordered a part meant to be in stock and delivered in 2-4 days. After chasing CMA multiple times and being told that the part would come next week, the part finally arrived in 6 weeks. They blamed the supplier numerous times and never followed through. I then needed another part, went to their competitor and got it in 4 days from the same supplier. CMA are not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I bought my partner a car part for his birthday and obviously got the wrong part, but after talking with the lovely team and getting a quick response they were so kind and gave me a full refund. I was able to purchase the right part. Amazing service, and a very kind and polite team. Answered any questions and fast delivery. Thank you guys so much!!!

I want to start off by saying that I’ve bought from CMA a few times before and have an overall reasonable experience. However I could no longer recommend someone to buy from them at all due to very misleading shipping estimates and poor customer service. I ordered some urgent brake upgrades on the 20/9/23, both items stated “usually 2-4 days to ship” tag, not a problem I understand supplier lead times etc I work in the same industry. However having a week roll by with no update or shipping notification I emailed asking for an update. I was assured that my order was being prepared and would ship in 24-48 hours. After another 5 days of nothing I email again where I receive an identical, word for word copy pasted email again claiming it will post in 24-48 hours. 11 more days pass by from my previous email bringing us to the 16/10/23, I send through a 3rd email enquiring about my order and a request to provide more accurate lead times. As of 18/10 this email still has no response. Finally a whole month after i originally placed my order I have received shipping information for my order. This experience has been absolutely shocking and disappointing. I have no issue waiting for my parts to arrive from suppliers, but to be lied too twice and ignored the 3rd time is appalling. Therefore I cannot recommend any one to purchase from CMA if they want their order within the same month.
